在山边上，环境很好，也很安静 ，房间也乾净，装修比较早 设施设备老旧，装修个风格，很商务，离地铁口比较远，免费停车

第二次入住了，非常喜欢这个酒店，环境很好，旁边就是公园，院内停车方便，法式建筑风格，房间乾净整洁，服务周到细致，非常满意！只是因为我个人的户籍问题给酒店和前台添了一些小麻烦，谢谢你们，下次去杭州还住这个酒店！忘了照相拍视频了，下次补上

入住体验超棒！位置方便，衞生做得特别到位，工作人员态度也好，住着特别舒心，值得再来！去哪儿都方便，相信我！

清早腿上忽然像针刺一样疼痛，开灯找了半天，发现了这个小蜈蚣一样的??在逃跑。腿上起了一个包，还好过二小时消退了。也许是这个宾馆的自然环境太好了，是我闯进了它的家……

Very unique design, it was a fun place to stay. Western styled with many French and other European elements. Big convenient parking lot if you are driving.

The worst check in and check out process
Pre Paid full amount and they then charge a full amount again on arrival. Plus another deposit.
Then get refund when leaving
Took way to long each time and very unpleasant
There are no facilities open, no restaurants open in hotel. Fountain is empty, no lights in hallways and very dark atmosphere
From the reviews and pictures I was expecting a much better experience

The rooms are ok, the service is ok, the hotel is large, European style and the parking is huge.

湖光山色，风景真是好，酒店后花园环境优美，还有几只天鹅在湖面戏水，不负春光，让人感觉特别舒服惬意??

酒店环境优美，就是开业久了，设施设备陈旧了点，但挺乾净的，前台也很热情，房间倡导绿色环保，用的是环保拖鞋，减少了一次性用品的使用，挺好

Great location if you’re trying to see the Tianducheng Eiffel Tower! The hotel is very extravagant, with a cool french theme. The lady looking after our room was also very lovely despite the language barrier. A good price for what you get.

酒店位置不错，环境也不错！周围游玩的地方也不少！不过毕竟有点年头，有点老旧，维护的还算可以吧！以一般酒店体验的话可以合格，不过在携程上标五星实际感受就有点差距了，尤其在服务上，后经反映还是有所弥补，希望以后有改善吧！

I didn't notice anything in particular. According to the status of 5 diamonds, the rooms and the hotel itself have a retro entourage. The area is not particularly interesting, except that a copy of the Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. The prices for the rooms are highly inflated. I don't recommend it.

Nice old fashioned french / parisian resort a little bit like you would find in Las Vegas. 15 min walk away from the metro station, located near a copy of a Paris avenue.
Staff is nice and goodwilling even if not very used to strangers.
The building is clean even if a little bit weared.
Big room.
Go there if you want to try something different from the usual hotel / resort!
